We have many time heared about different type of TV like LCD, LED, OLED, So today we will discuss about these thing so lets talk....
LCD
Liquid Crystal Display
So at the front of the TV there is liquid Crystal panel, which consist of different type of colour, TV produce that colour from there, so after TV produces the colour from here , a backlight is required to deliver the colur to your eyes, so as back-lighting there is used Fluorescent bulb or CCFL bulb to produce the light, these CCFL light are present at the back of the panel and totally cover the panel. So the problem with these type of TV's are they are thick and the main thing is with colour abashment specially with much dark colour, suppose in you TV you are showing a photo, in that part of photo there are some black part, so when you see that photo the black parts are not fully black because the back-lighting is CCFL , so to show darkness in some part it can't turn off the full light that's why there are some grey colour instead of black.
So to improve these thing, we had discovered
LED
Light Emitting Diode
The main difference between LCD and LED is, in LCD we have used CCFL light as a back-light, but in LED we had used LED light as a back-light and some other difference they help to make the TV slim and consume less power, another thing that you used is LED Tv is micro dimming, micro dimming means, for example you have dark some part of you TV so in that case micro dimming used to dim some LED of that part, so the colour look better if you compare it with a LCD TV.
OLED
Organic Light Emitting Diode
In these case, in every single pixel of the TV it consist it's own LED, means (1 Pixel = 1 LED), you can control each pixel of the TV, here the colour is so good as comapre to LED and LCD TV, and the TV become much much thinner, but the price of these technology is much higher.
Beyond OLED, there is another type of TV is:
QUANTUM DOT
In these type of TV we use Quantum Dot for each pixel as a result the colour proportion become more and more realistic, and you can show the exact colour that you want to show. These type of TV are much thinner, power consumption is very low, but the price is much much high.
